The presence of the lake characterises the valley floor routes. The beauty and uniqueness of this stretch of water are a strong attraction for a relaxing walk lulled by the pleasant breeze that even on hot days makes the route pleasant.
The possibility of using the gondolas that start from the centre of the village makes it much easier to climb to the top and allows everyone to reach some of the most beautiful viewpoints.
The 'malghe' (shepherd's huts) and refuges provide excellent support points and offer typical local dishes and products that enrich the excursion.
