Snowshoes are an excellent way of hiking in the snow. Thanks to their wide base, it is possible to advance through the snow, limiting sinking and with an intoxicating feeling of lightness. This equipment allows easy walks to the most accessible refuges and for the more experienced mountain hikers even some more demanding hikes.
The advice is to rely on guides who will be able to accompany you in complete safety, also by requesting the programmes of the outings organised at the tourist offices in the area.
